In the 3rd minute, Newquay AFC's Abdelkarim Slimane seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Abdelkarim Slimane the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Newquay AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abdelkarim Slimane had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 2 minutes into the game, one of Newquay AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 13th minute Mondher Ben Salah clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Aymen Adhoum charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aymen Adhoum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 14th match minute, Newquay AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aymen Adhoum to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Newquay AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Hedi Saidi came free, but Hamdi Melliti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Blaise Guelbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Blaise Guelbi hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Newquay AFC's zone, Ben Chérif stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamdi Melliti came out of the goal and Ben Chérif tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Habib Essafi didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Newquay AFC's Blaise Guelbi shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-1 in the ordered_time% minute. A hard shot 34 in the game by Aymen Adhoum from a close distance when the talented Habib Essafi managed to make a qualified save. Croston United's players were relieved. Blaise Guelbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Habib Essafi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blaise Guelbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Croston United's Ben Chérif got a free kick in the 51st minute. When Blaise Guelbi came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Newquay AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Blaise Guelbi couldn't finish the play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Croston United's goalkeeper Habib Essafi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Blaise Guelbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 76 minutes into the match, Blaise Guelbi notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Croston United's Habib Essafi. Habib Essafi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aymen Adhoum in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Habib Essafi saved Croston United from getting behind. 85 minutes into the match, Croston United's goal looked a bit too open when Blaise Guelbi came free, but Habib Essafi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Newquay AFC fully deserved thier win.
