After having played for 18 minutes, Bahi Bouzayane managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandwich's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bahi Bouzayane was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The long shot by Radhi Ben Yahia in the 27th minute really tested Zouheir Majeri's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Oussama Jaballah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zouheir Majeri having to interfere. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Habib Sfar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience was convinced that Sofiene Lahmar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zouheir Majeri was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. If Sofiene Lahmar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
