Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alaeddine Dali kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Walid BenAmor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Hayling Island's goal looked a bit too open when Aymen Khelil came free, but Borhene Karoui reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 12th minute Aymen Khelil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Borhene Karoui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hichem Belgacem hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 21 minutes, Ali Meriah mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alderney City and the Hayling Island players grew even worse after the yellow card. Borhene Karoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Meriah in the 28th minute of play. 32 minutes into the game, Aymen Khelil cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Borhene Karoui was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aymen Khelil took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Borhene Karoui. Borhene Karoui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 43rd minute, Habib Belgacem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aymen Khelil to make the kick off. Walid BenAmor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Borhene Karoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hayling Island's Alaeddine Dali got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohamed Bargawi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Albert Agrebi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Alaeddine Dali's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Albert Agrebi was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Aymen Khelil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Borhene Karoui having to interfere. Walid BenAmor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hayling Island! When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, Alderney City's Zoubair Haddad got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Borhene Karoui. When Aymen Khelil came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Alderney City fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aymen Khelil couldn't finish the play. Albert Agrebi came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Hayling Island's Alaeddine Dali. But to his dismay, Alaeddine Dali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Borhene Karoui made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Walid BenAmor sent off a good shot on target. If Walid BenAmor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alaeddine Dali came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Hayling Island fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alaeddine Dali couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walid BenAmor got free with Borhene Karoui in the 98th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
