Hassene Saidi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ben Belkahia in the 31st minute of the match. Rashid Hammemi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Férid Ben Jegham having to interfere. After having played for 37 minutes, Houcine Yahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tottington's supporters crossed their fingers, but Houcine Yahia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Chaker Thabet made the kick off in the second half. Férid Ben Jegham showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beji Achab, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. If Rashid Hammemi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Houcine Yahia came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Tottington fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Houcine Yahia couldn't finish the play. Houcine Yahia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Skegby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Houcine Yahia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. A collision led to Skegby getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Rashid Hammemi hit a great ball. After 80 played minutes Skegby got a freekick which was hit by Ferid Bejaoui. Ben Belkahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ben Belkahia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hassene Saidi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Belkahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hassene Saidi came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tottington's Houcine Yahia. But to his dismay, Houcine Yahia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 96 minutes into the match, Skegby's goalkeeper Hassene Saidi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Houcine Yahia. Tottington were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Skegby to leave the ground with a draw.
