Adel Taher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Férid Ben Sellami in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Rackenford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chokri Bhar to maneuver through the defense. Med Ali Sellami took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Moatamri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Moatamri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Med Ali Sellami having to interfere. Achraf Zouiten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adel Taher having to interfere. With a little luck, Derby's Med Ali Sellami got control of the ball when Hosni Meriah tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Achraf Zouiten in the 33rd minute of play forced Rackenford's goalkeeper Adel Taher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Rackenford getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Zine Ouhir hit a great ball. Adel Taher stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Férid Ben Sellami's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. After 36 minutes, Chokri Bhar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rackenford and the Derby players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Chokri Bhar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Derby's Med Ali Sellami played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Moatamri in the 43rd minute of play. Rackenford's Adel Taher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Férid Ben Sellami in the 44th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Achraf Zouiten was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Hosni Meriah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Med Ali Sellami saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Issam Yahia kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Karim Hermassi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ali Moatamri scored 1-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Med Ali Sellami, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Achraf Zouiten in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adel Taher saved Rackenford from getting behind. Med Ali Sellami showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Moatamri, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rackenford's zone, Achraf Zouiten stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adel Taher came out of the goal and Achraf Zouiten tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Adel Taher managed to avoid a goal in the 76thth minute, when Derby's Férid Ben Sellami fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Chokri Bhar was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Derby booed when Rackenford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chokri Bhar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adel Taher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Achraf Zouiten in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Hosni Meriah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Med Ali Sellami was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Derby players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Rackenford.
