Spectators: 6729 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1729, VIP seats: 0) Stroud's Raouf Naouali started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 7th minute, Ben Litaiem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th minute, Bechir Ouakili fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 20thth minute of the game Pierre Nafti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stroud's Med Ali Dhouib was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Slim Mzali kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Med Ali Dhouib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habib Bargawi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre Nafti in the 36th minute of play forced Stroud's goalkeeper Med Ali Dhouib to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Whitley Bay FC's Habib Bargawi got a free kick in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute, Ben Litaiem sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Whitley Bay FC's Abdallah Mechergui didn't even have to move. Sadok Dermech kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Abdallah Mechergui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raouf Naouali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 58 played minutes Whitley Bay FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamdi Bhar. Abdelkarim Basli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Med Ali Dhouib tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pierre Nafti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pierre Nafti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 72nd minute, Pierre Nafti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raouf Naouali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Abdallah Mechergui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raouf Naouali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdallah Mechergui having to interfere. Abdallah Mechergui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raouf Naouali in the 80th minute of the match. Pierre Naftis short, quick shot in the 82ndth minute got Med Ali Dhouib to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Med Ali Dhouib showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelkarim Basli, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Raouf Naouali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Abdallah Mechergui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95th minute Stroud were awarded a corner. Ben Litaiem went to the cornerflag to take it. Stroud's Ben Litaiem was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abdallah Mechergui in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Whitley Bay FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Stroud from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
