Seating: 1747, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Farnham United's Hamdi Bouchrara got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Jean Haddad charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jean Haddad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 5th minute, Jean Haddad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 9 minutes, Chokri Jebali mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meldreth and the Farnham United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chokri Jebali kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Hamdi Benslimane successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Khaled Sélim Haj Ali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Khaled Sélim Haj Ali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 23 played minutes Farnham United got a freekick which was hit by Hamdi Rehouma. Jose Brahem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khaled Sélim Haj Ali, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Ali Chedli in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamdi Benslimane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hamdi Rehouma fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Brahem having to interfere. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meldreth's goalkeeper Jose Brahem, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Khaled Sélim Haj Ali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Jose Brahem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Meldreth defense, Hamdi Rehouma kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jose Brahem. The Meldreth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jose Brahem should have stopped the shot.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mohamed Ali Chedli made a kick off. In the 58th minute Mongi Bejaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamdi Benslimane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Farnham United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamdi Bouchrara to maneuver through the defense. Hamdi Benslimane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mongi Bejaoui in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Farnham United's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Ali Chedli came free, but Hamdi Benslimane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mohamed Ali Chedli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Rehouma was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 73rd minute. Farnham United's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Hamdi Bouchrara succeeded in the game's 76th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. In the 81st minute Mongi Bejaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamdi Benslimane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 81 minutes, Hamdi Bouchrara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Farnham United and the Meldreth players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hamdi Bouchrara kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After 83 played minutes Farnham United got a freekick which was hit by Raouf Habib Benfrej. Mohamed Sellami was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Taieb Ben Ammar hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Hamdi Benslimane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mongi Bejaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. 95 minutes into the match, Mongi Bejaoui notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Farnham United's Hamdi Benslimane . Hamdi Benslimane was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Farnham United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Farnham United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
