Spectators: 6718 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rdth minute of the game Mohamed Gammoudi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Maldon's Anis El Abidine Ben Ali was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Ammar in the 7th minute of play forced Keighley's goalkeeper Anis Hleli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ziad Beya fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Keighley's protests and gave Ziad Beya a yellow card for diving instead. Ziad Beya hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Med Khcharem took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anis El Abidine Ben Ali. Anis El Abidine Ben Ali dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 21st minute of the match Rashid Srarfi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anis Hleli showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Anis Hleli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Ammar in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 26th minute of the match, Ahmed Ammar tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anis Hleli saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ziad Beya got his second yellow card in the match during the 27th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Ziad Beya hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Med Khcharem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anis Hleli acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 30th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Rashid Srarfi. Paulo Bejaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anis Hleli having to interfere. Anis El Abidine Ben Ali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Gammoudi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Gammoudi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Ahmed Ammar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anis Hleli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After some careless play in the Keighley defense, Ahmed Ammar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anis Hleli. The Keighley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anis Hleli should have stopped the shot. Ali David hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Maldon got a freekick which was hit by Habib al-Amin. In the 72nd minute, Med Khcharem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Ahmed Ammar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anis Hleli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Bejaoui in the 76th minute of play. Paulo Bejaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anis Hleli having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Ahmed Ammar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maldon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 89 minutes into the match, Keighley's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Bejaoui came free, but Anis Hleli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maldon's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
