The supporters of Reigate booed when Billingham was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Driss Dermech didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 47 minutes, Jalel Morjane took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Khaled Abdeljilil to make any attempt to save it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jalel Morjane was the one to do the kick off. Ali Jendoubi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sofiene Hadda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Jendoubi, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Billingham's goal looked a bit too open when Abdallah Ziadi came free, but Khaled Abdeljilil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Khaled Abdeljilil stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdallah Ziadi's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Ahmed Melliti kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Sofiene Hadda made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Mokhtar Slimane sent off a good shot on target. 97 minutes into the match, Reigate's goalkeeper Sofiene Hadda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mokhtar Slimane. 98 minutes into the game, Mokhtar Slimane cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Sofiene Hadda was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
