Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tarak Ouakili made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Tarak Ouakili managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aymen Jaziri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 14th match minute, Ashby de la Zouch United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aymen Jaziri to maneuver through the defense. Ashby de la Zouch United's Jamel Abdelkader proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 16th minute of the match, managed to save Ashby de la Zouch United from getting a goal against them. Jamel Abdelkader made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Fraj Jaziri sent off a good shot on target. After 19 played minutes Ashby de la Zouch United got a freekick which was hit by Chaouki Sfar. After having played for 23 minutes, Chaouki Sfar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ashby de la Zouch United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chaouki Sfar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sofiène Morjane stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fathi Sassi's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 29 minutes Waltham Cross's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karim M'hadhebi who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Ashby de la Zouch United's Karim M'hadhebi to fire away a dangerous shot which Sofiène Morjane despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Jamel Abdelkader successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 32ndth minute of the game Fathi Sassi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Waltham Cross's Sofiène Morjane was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alaeddine Ayari fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sofiène Morjane having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Mohamed Ali Sallemi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ashby de la Zouch United's Alaeddine Ayari got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sofiène Morjane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aymen Jaziri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rdth minute of the game Tarak Ouakili who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ashby de la Zouch United's Jamel Abdelkader was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 45th minute, Tarak Ouakili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 47th minute, Ashby de la Zouch United's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Tarak Ouakili fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Sofiène Morjane made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alaeddine Ayari in the 55th minute. In the 57th minute, Alaeddine Ayari made a precise shot to the right of Sofiène Morjane. Jamel Abdelkader had in the 76thth minute some difficulties stopping Chaker Chippo 's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Fathi Sassi charged in rather forcefully in the 81st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fathi Sassi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fathi Sassi kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 82nd match minute, Waltham Cross was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nejib Rostom to maneuver through the defense. Alaeddine Ayari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Sofiène Morjane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alaeddine Ayari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Waltham Cross support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
