Spectators: 6731 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adel Beya kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Rawtenstall FC booed when St Johns Wood was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lofti Merdassi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Adel Beya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Moncef Yahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marouane Baccouche having to interfere. Moncef Yahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, St Johns Wood's Majdi Jbara got control of the ball when Khaled Bouazizi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rawtenstall FC's Adel Beya got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 played minutes St Johns Wood got a freekick which was hit by Adel Jendoubi. Khaled Bouazizi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Majdi Jbara having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khaled Bouazizi got free with Majdi Jbara in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Majdi Jbara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Khaled Bouazizi in the 54th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jamel Morjane in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marouane Baccouche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jamel Morjane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Majdi Jbara came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Rawtenstall FC's Khaled Bouazizi. But to his dismay, Khaled Bouazizi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Khaled Bouazizi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Majdi Jbara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 69th minute Khaled Bouazizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Majdi Jbara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Majdi Jbara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adel Beya, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. A collision led to St Johns Wood getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Ali Namouchi hit a great ball. In the 87th match minute, St Johns Wood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jamel Morjane to maneuver through the defense. St Johns Wood's Jamel Morjane got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Majdi Jbara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khaled Bouazizi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
