Spectators: 6727 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1727, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Habib Gharbi took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Batley United's zone, Ammar Ben Younes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nizar Bachraoui came out of the goal and Ammar Ben Younes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 11th minute, Ismail Ali Bourguiba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Salah Karray managed to get in a good position for a shot. Batley United's supporters rose to their feet, but Salah Karray was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fathi Ouertani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Salah Karray fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fathi Ouertani having to interfere. If Habib Gharbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ismail Ali Bourguiba hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Ali Mellouli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Nizar Bachraoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alcester's attack was well implemented in the 31st minute, but when Ammar Ben Younes was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. The supporters of Alcester booed when Batley United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismail Ali Bourguiba didn't get a good kick on the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 39 minutes, Nizar Bachraoui successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ammar Ben Younes took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nizar Bachraoui. Nizar Bachraoui dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Habib Gharbi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fathi Ouertani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Ali Mellouli scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nizar Bachraoui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Salah Karray hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Ammar Ben Younes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salah Karray recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 minutes of play, Alcester's Ammar Ben Younes made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nizar Bachraoui was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ali Mellouli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Batley United's Mokhtar Mkacher got a free kick in the 76th minute. Habib Gharbi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fathi Ouertani having to interfere. Habib Gharbi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fathi Ouertani having to make a save. Alcester's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
