In the 30th minute, Ali Mellouli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Mellouli in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karim Jaziri saved Bognor Regis United from getting behind. Mohieddine Karray received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Fathi Ouertani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bognor Regis United's Issam Bouzaiene got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fathi Ouertani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Issam Bouzaiene, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 46 minutes into the game, Alcester's Ammar Ben Younes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karim Jaziri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Ali Ali Bourguiba's late challenge caught a Alcester's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Ali Bourguiba helped the player get up and apologised. Ali Mellouli kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Karim Jaziri made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ammar Ben Younes in the 59th minute. After 61 played minutes Alcester got a freekick which was hit by Khaled Stambouli. In the 65th minute, Ammar Ben Younes made a precise shot to the right of Karim Jaziri. Bognor Regis United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 69 minutes into the match, Mohieddine Karray had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fathi Ouertani. Alcester's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mohieddine Karray was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Issam Bouzaiene took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fathi Ouertani. Fathi Ouertani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. In the 87th minute Ali Mellouli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karim Jaziri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bognor Regis United's Karim Jaziri proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Bognor Regis United from getting a goal against them. In the 92nd minute, Ahmed Kasraoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Mellouli in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karim Jaziri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ammar Ben Younes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bognor Regis United's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
