Spectators: 6735 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1735, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ali Ammar took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a defensive mix-up in West Bridgford's zone, Ali Ammar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adel Ouertani came out of the goal and Ali Ammar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mourad Mnari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 10 played minutes West Bridgford got a freekick which was hit by Mokhtar Namouchi. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adel Salhia in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adel Ouertani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute, Hocine Slimane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Riadh Chiba in the 16th minute really tested Ali Zouaoui's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Ali Zouaoui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mourad Mnari's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Adel Salhia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Adel Ouertani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zine Braham during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of West Bridgford booed when Heywood City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamed Kaâbi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adel Salhia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adel Ouertani having to interfere. Mourad Mnari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mourad Mnari received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ali Zouaoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, West Bridgford's Ali Zouaoui threw himself towards the right post 48 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mourad Mnari, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mourad Mnari made a kick off. If Mourad Mnari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, West Bridgford's Adel Ouertani got control of the ball when Adel Salhia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pierre Saidi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adel Ouertani read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. In the 61st minute, Albert Haithem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Chems Mkacher kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Ali Zouaoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Mnari in the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Heywood City booed when West Bridgford was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Riadh Chiba didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mourad Mnari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Ammar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Adel Ouertani made a huge save. Heywood City's Ali Ammar got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
