After recieving a nice pass, Crayford AFC's Mehdi Ben Dhaouadi tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Horfield AFC's Houcine Jaziri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muhammad Mestiri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Crayford AFC's Riadh Kasraoui got a free kick in the 27th minute. Muhammad Mestiri stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Houcine Jaziri's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. In the 42nd minute, Houcine Jaziri made a precise shot to the right of Muhammad Mestiri. Crayford AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. A collision led to Horfield AFC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Bahi Bargougui hit a great ball. After the first half Horfield AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Houcine Jaziri to make the kick off. Mohammed Ghodbane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Horfield AFC's Houcine Jaziri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Muhammad Mestiri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Horfield AFC's Said Adhoum got a free kick in the 60th minute. Mohammed Ghodbane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Jaouachi having to interfere. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmed Jaouachi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Horfield AFC's Ahmed Jaouachi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bechir Makhlouf in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohammed Ghodbane in the 71st minute of play forced Horfield AFC's goalkeeper Ahmed Jaouachi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Muhammad Mestiri made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Jemeleddine Belkhodja sent off a good shot on target. In the 77th minute, Hamdi Nafti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmed Jaouachi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bechir Makhlouf, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Crayford AFC's Riadh Kasraoui got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The Horfield AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Horfield AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
