Montassar Kasraoui made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Hedi Jedidi in the 28th minute. Sabri Ben Ammar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Montassar Kasraoui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Ali Hedi Jedidi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Montassar Kasraoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sabri Ben Ammar came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Crouch End fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sabri Ben Ammar couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Hedi Jedidi got free with Montassar Kasraoui in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Bembridge FC's zone, Ali Hedi Jedidi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Montassar Kasraoui came out of the goal and Ali Hedi Jedidi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Habib Ali Gammoudi in the 39th minute of play forced Crouch End's goalkeeper Albert Yahia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Crouch End's Sabri Ben Ammar dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. If Najeh Sguir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. David Ragued who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Albert Yahia when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Riadh Ayari hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. After having played for 68 minutes, Sabri Ben Ammar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crouch End's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sabri Ben Ammar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sabri Ben Ammar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
