Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 7 minutes, Abdallah Kadri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thorpe-le-Soken City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdallah Kadri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, one of Handforth:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Thorpe-le-Soken City a penalty, 15 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Wissem Nafti, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Handforth's Slim Ben Santos. 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Abdallah Kadri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thorpe-le-Soken City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdallah Kadri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thorpe-le-Soken City's Mohamed Hadrioui proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Thorpe-le-Soken City from getting a goal against them. Slim Ben Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youssef Ben Trabelsi in the 26th minute of the match. Thorpe-le-Soken City's Abdallah Kadri got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Youssef Ben Trabelsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamed Yahia in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohamed Hadrioui , who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 37 minutes into the game, Abdallah Kadri cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Slim Ben Santos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Haroune Gharbi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Youssef Ben Trabelsi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Youssef Karray fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Handforth's protests and gave Youssef Karray a yellow card for diving instead. In the 52nd minute, Youssef Karray hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdallah Kadri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Slim Ben Santos having to interfere. Mohamed Hadrioui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamed Yahia, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Mohamed Hadrioui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Haroune Gharbi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Handforth defense, Abdallah Kadri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Slim Ben Santos. The Handforth fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Slim Ben Santos should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Thorpe-le-Soken City booed when Handforth was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fatah Souayah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdallah Kadri came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Slim Ben Santos could save by the left post. Slim Ben Santos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Youssef Ben Trabelsi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Youssef Ben Trabelsi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Youssef Ben Trabelsi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded Thorpe-le-Soken City left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Handforth.
