After 9 played minutes Ambleside FC got a freekick which was hit by Chaker Jaballah. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Chaker Jaballah managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ambleside FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Chaker Jaballah was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hamza Kallel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hedi Jaballah struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Sadok Ali Bourguiba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ramsey AFC. 22 minutes into the match, Ramsey AFC's Hedi Jaballah sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sadok Ali Bourguiba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jemeleddine Jelassi's late challenge caught a Ramsey AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jemeleddine Jelassi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ambleside FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Jemeleddine Jelassi hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, Jemeleddine Mestiri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 47 minutes, Abderrahim Jaouachi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ambleside FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abderrahim Jaouachi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abderrahim Jaouachi was the one to do the kick off. When Shuaibu Chérif came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Ramsey AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Shuaibu Chérif couldn't finish the play. Shuaibu Chérif recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chaker Jaballah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chaker Jaballah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Hamza Kallel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 95thth minute of the game Abderrahim Jaouachi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ramsey AFC's Hamza Kallel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 96 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ramsey AFC! The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
