Abdelkarim Yahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoubeir Dhaouadi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdelkarim Yahia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Férid Ben Boumnijel in the 22nd minute of play. After 28 played minutes Henley on Thames FC got a freekick which was hit by Hamed Thabet. 30 minutes into the game, Férid Ben Boumnijel cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Abdelkarim Yahia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ziad Chipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Haj Kacem, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Chedi Ghodhbane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henley on Thames FC's Zine David couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Potters Bar. Ziad Chipo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hamed Thabet went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zoubeir Dhaouadi to strike the kick off in the second half. Zoubeir Dhaouadi struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Abdelkarim Yahia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Potters Bar. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Potters Bar's goalkeeper Ziad Chipo , but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zoubeir Dhaouadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkarim Yahia having to interfere. Férid Ben Boumnijel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 66 played minutes Henley on Thames FC got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Bouzayane. The crowd rose to their feet as Potters Bar's Zoubeir Dhaouadi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdelkarim Yahia. That made the score 1-2 after 68 minutes of play. When Paulo Morjane fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Henley on Thames FC's protests and gave Paulo Morjane a yellow card for diving instead. Férid Ben Boumnijel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Abdelkarim Yahia made a huge save. Hichem Bnouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henley on Thames FC's Abdelkarim Yahia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Henley on Thames FC from getting a goal against them.
