Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) St Annes on Sea FC's Samir Nefzi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mohamed Ben Zid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Abdelaziz Koissy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samir Nefzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Samir Nefzi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Erith City's Abdelaziz Koissy. Abdelaziz Koissy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Moncef Hakimi made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Youssef Ben Trabelsi sent off a good shot on target. Samir Nefzi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelaziz Koissy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. Mohamed Ben Zid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelaziz Koissy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samir Nefzi in the 34th minute of the match. If Youssef Ben Trabelsi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Ben Zid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelaziz Koissy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samir Nefzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mohamed Ben Zid struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Abdelaziz Koissy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St Annes on Sea FC.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hedi Baya made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Youssef Ben Trabelsi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erith City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. 63 minutes into the match, Youssef Ben Trabelsi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moncef Hakimi . St Annes on Sea FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Youssef Ben Trabelsi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Lotfi Abdallah hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Hedi Baya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Moncef Hakimi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. St Annes on Sea FC's Moncef Hakimi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Youssef Ben Trabelsi in the 76th minute of play. With a little luck, Erith City's Abdelaziz Koissy got control of the ball when Mohamed Ben Zid tried to sneak it across the goal line. Moncef Hakimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hedi Baya, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Erith City's Aymen Marzouki got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Erith City's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
