In the 6th minute, Chaouki Ben Bejaoui got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dali Sassi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wissem Kasraoui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mongi Thabet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wissem Kasraoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehdi Ben Saidi in the 28th minute of play. Mongi Thabet sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chaouki Ben Bejaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali having to interfere. Wissem Kasraoui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehdi Ben Saidi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 41 played minutes Chaouki Ben Bejaoui rounded Penzance City's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mongi Thabet in the 48th minute of play forced Todmorden FC's goalkeeper Wissem Kasraoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Penzance City's zone, Dali Sassi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali came out of the goal and Dali Sassi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chaouki Ben Bejaoui in the 58th minute of the match. After 60 minutes Penzance City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Majed Ben Sassi who took care of the corner kick. Majed Ben Sassi made a great header on Todmorden FC's corner, it was just that Penzance City's Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali managed to reach the ball for a save. Chaouki Ben Bejaoui's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. When Dali Sassi came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Todmorden FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dali Sassi couldn't finish the play. Adel Chiki hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. When Penzance City's Mongi Thabet in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Todmorden FC's goalie prevented a goal. Mehdi Ben Saidi struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Wissem Kasraoui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Penzance City. Mongi Thabet received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Wissem Kasraoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Riadh Abdelmajid hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zoubair El Abidine Ben Ali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chaouki Ben Bejaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Mehdi Ben Saidi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wissem Kasraoui having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Mehdi Ben Saidi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wissem Kasraoui was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of Todmorden FC booed when Penzance City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chokri Saidi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Majed Sboui hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Todmorden FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
