Aziz Omrani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Abdallah Younes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abdallah Younes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Achab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 40th of the match, Mohamed Achab tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Abdallah Younes got in the way and made a wonderful save. Abdallah Younes didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aziz Omrani went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Aziz Omrani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdallah Younes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Wythenshaw FC's Oussama Saidi got a free kick in the 56th minute. Oussama Jouili took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abdallah Younes. Wythenshaw FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gainsborough's Dali Brahem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Gainsborough from getting a goal against them. 84 minutes into the match, Wythenshaw FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Achab came free, but Abdallah Younes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dali Brahem made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ali Idir in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Achab in the 88th minute of play forced Wythenshaw FC's goalkeeper Abdallah Younes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
