Dali Brahem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Ben Basli in the 3rd minute of the match. Maher Ghodhbane charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maher Ghodhbane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aymen Chimane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aziz Omrani, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Seascale City's Aymen Chimane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Achab in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Mohamed Achab managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gainsborough's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Achab was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Gainsborough's Aziz Omrani in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seascale City's goalie prevented a goal. 34 minutes into the game, Aziz Omrani cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Aymen Chimane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Ben Basli in the 42nd minute of play forced Gainsborough's goalkeeper Dali Brahem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Ben Basli in the 49th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dali Brahem saved Gainsborough from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mustafa Ben Basli was the one to do the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mohamed Achab in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aymen Chimane prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mustafa Ben Basli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aymen Chimane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Achab, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adel Arfa's late challenge caught a Seascale City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adel Arfa helped the player get up and apologised. Adel Arfa kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Aymen Chimane was out of position in the 70 minute of play, and Karim Akid capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Karim Akid really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. Aymen Chimane was a little too slow when Mohamed Achab got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-3. When Gainsborough's Mohamed Achab in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Seascale City's goalie prevented a goal. Radhi Bourguiba kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Mohamed Achab recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aymen Chimane . Mohamed Achab showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. After 94 played minutes Gainsborough got a freekick which was hit by Adel Arfa. Aziz Omrani sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Gainsborough eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
