Spectators: 6752 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1752, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ali Kefacha took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Bayton City booed when Wythenshaw FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mourad Basli didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 4th minute Kais Cherif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdallah Younes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Wythenshaw FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Mustafa Agrebi hit a great ball. When Ali Idir fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Wythenshaw FC's protests and gave Ali Idir a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Wythenshaw FC's Ali Idir got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Maher Mourali managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayton City's supporters rose to their feet, but Maher Mourali was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdallah Younes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the match, Wythenshaw FC's Ali Kefacha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khaled Sboui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Issam Limam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Khaled Sboui was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Blaise Bourguiba. Wythenshaw FC's Hamdi Saidi got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Bayton City's goalkeeper Khaled Sboui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hamdi Saidi. After 25 played minutes Bayton City got a freekick which was hit by Sami Bargawi. Abdallah Younes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kais Cherif, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. If Ali Kefacha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kais Cherif to strike the kick off in the second half. Wythenshaw FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamdi Saidi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Wythenshaw FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kais Cherif came free, but Abdallah Younes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the match, Wythenshaw FC's Ali Kefacha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Khaled Sboui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Maher Mourali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Bayton City's Kais Cherif slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdallah Younes. That made the score 0-1 after 84 minutes of play. Hamdi Saidi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Sboui having to interfere. Maher Mourali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Abdallah Younes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kais Cherif sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Bayton City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
