Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Amine Achab successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amine Achab made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akram Srarfi in the 15th minute of play. If Hamdi Jaïdi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience held their breath when Mohieddine Salem in the 29th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Khaled Jemâa's left hand side. With a little luck, Ponteland's Amine Achab got control of the ball when Hamdi Jaïdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute Adel Salem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Khaled Jemâa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jamel al-Husain during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ponteland's Jamel al-Husain got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Adel Salem made the kick off in the second half. Khaled Jemâa came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ponteland's Sami Mokthar. But to his dismay, Sami Mokthar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Hamdi Jaïdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sami Mokthar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Khaled Jemâa having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Akram Srarfi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chingford FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Akram Srarfi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amine Achab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Chingford FC booed when Ponteland was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamza Chouchane didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Chingford FC's Hamdi Jaïdi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amine Achab narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Akram Srarfi scored 4-1 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amine Achab, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Adel Salem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Khaled Jemâa was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Hamdi Jaïdi notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Ponteland's Amine Achab. Amine Achab was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Amine Achab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akram Srarfi in the 92nd minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ponteland players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Chingford FC.
