An unexpectedly hard shot by Adel Ben Nacef in the 9th minute of play forced Crookes United's goalkeeper Jaouhar Tlili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raouf Hadda hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Adel Ben Nacef scored 0-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jaouhar Tlili, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Crookes United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 26 played minutes Crookes United got a freekick which was hit by Bassem Mechergui. Adel Ben Nacef struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Jaouhar Tlili didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yateley FC. After 35 minutes, Adel Ben Nacef made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Crookes United's Jaouhar Tlili tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Adel Ben Nacef fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jaouhar Tlili having to interfere. Aymen Mechergui who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Mustafa Mahouachi when he managed to save the team from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adel Ben Nacef to strike the kick off in the second half. Crookes United's Férid Basli couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Yateley FC. Bassem Mechergui's late challenge caught a Yateley FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mustafa Mahouachi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zied Dhouib, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Yateley FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
