After 20 played minutes Smisby got a freekick which was hit by Maher Escheikh. If Tarak Sfar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 27 minutes, Mohamed Ammar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liskeard's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Ammar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ziad Sfar during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Smisby's Ziad Sfar got a free kick in the 31st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hocine Mzali in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lofti Nouira saved Smisby from getting behind. Tarak Sfar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Hatem Mnari made a huge save. Tarak Sfar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Helmi Sioud made a kick off. After 56 played minutes, Smisby's Khaled Zouari shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Hatem Mnari came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Smisby reached it. The supporters of Smisby booed when Liskeard was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chedli Belkahia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohamed Cherif charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Cherif the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 60 minutes into the game, one of Liskeard:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Chedli Belkahia fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Liskeard's protests and gave Chedli Belkahia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Liskeard getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Chedli Belkahia hit a great ball. Hatem Mnari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Helmi Sioud's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Lofti Nouira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Mzali in the 66th minute of the match. In the 66th match minute, Smisby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bechir Mnari to maneuver through the defense. Mohamed Ammar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 67thth minute tested the skills of Lofti Nouira when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Mohamed Ammar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Helmi Sioud came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Smisby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Helmi Sioud couldn't finish the play. Smisby's Tarak Sfar got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Helmi Sioud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 84 minutes into the match, Smisby's Helmi Sioud sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hatem Mnari narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hatem Mnari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Helmi Sioud, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Tarak Sfar scored 2-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hatem Mnari, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 100th minute, Helmi Sioud got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Smisby fully deserved thier win.
