Ali Chaldun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rackenford AFC's Heithem Kasraoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hassib Hammami in the 18th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Ali Chaldun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heithem Kasraoui. Ali Chaldun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Heithem Kasraoui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Jaouhar Mabrouk managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rackenford AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaouhar Mabrouk was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hedi Limam breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Adel Khelil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Jaouhar Mabrouk's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hedi Limam was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Heithem Kasraoui came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Ellesmere Port City's Ali Chaldun. But to his dismay, Ali Chaldun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Heithem Kasraoui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hassib Hammami in the 43rd minute of the match. Rackenford AFC's Heithem Kasraoui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hassib Hammami in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Ellesmere Port City were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ali Chaldun to strike the kick off in the second half. Sami Jaziri kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Hedi Limam stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adel Khelil's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. The supporters of Ellesmere Port City booed when Rackenford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Robime didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hedi Limam showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaouhar Mabrouk in the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Adel Khelil managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rackenford AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adel Khelil was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaouhar Mabrouk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hedi Limam having to interfere. Hedi Limam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaouhar Mabrouk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sami Jaziri struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Hedi Limam didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rackenford AFC. Hassib Hammami could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Heithem Kasraoui made a huge save. The supporters of Ellesmere Port City booed when Rackenford AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sami Jaziri didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 97th minute, Adel Khelil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Ellesmere Port City players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
