Spectators: 6750 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ahmed Marzouki took the kick off in the first half of the match. Khaled Saïdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 2nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Hitchin United getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Zied Dali hit a great ball. Hedi Jemmali sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zied Dali kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Caid Essebsi kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Euston's Amine Dhafer tried to score from far away in the 13th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Khaled Saïdi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Caid Essebsi's late challenge caught a Euston's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Caid Essebsi helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hitchin United's Caid Essebsi got a free kick in the 19th minute. Haykel Tlatli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caid Essebsi, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 27th match minute, Hitchin United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Marzouki to maneuver through the defense. Khaled Saïdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Khaled Saïdi came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Euston fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Khaled Saïdi couldn't finish the play. When Caid Essebsi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 44 minutes had been played. The supporters of Euston booed when Hitchin United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Caid Essebsi didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 47 played minutes Euston got a freekick which was hit by Haythem Jaidi. With his leg Haykel Tlatli managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Hitchin United's Mohamed Boularès fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hedi Jemmali stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Habib Bachraoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Euston's supporters rose to their feet, but Habib Bachraoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mustafa Bouazizi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hedi Jemmali in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mustafa Bouazizi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 59th minute Mohamed Boularès shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haykel Tlatli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmed Marzouki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Hitchin United getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Ahmed Marzouki hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the game, Hedi Jemmali recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mustafa Bouazizi. Hedi Jemmali showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Haythem Jaidi kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 89th match minute, Hitchin United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zied Dali to maneuver through the defense. Mustafa Bouazizi came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Euston's Khaled Saïdi. But to his dismay, Khaled Saïdi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Euston's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
