Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Radhi Haggui started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Euston's Haykel Tlatli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Euston from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute Khaled Saïdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haykel al-Amin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Habib Bachraoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haykel al-Amin having to interfere. Hamda Zouari hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Hedi Jemmali had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Haykel al-Amin. Rugby's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hedi Jemmali was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rugby's Haykel al-Amin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khaled Saïdi in the 30th minute of play. Haykel al-Amin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khaled Saïdi in the 31st minute of play. After 33 minutes of play, Euston's Khaled Saïdi made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Haykel al-Amin was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Euston's Sofiène Ali Bourguiba got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Hedi Jemmali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Euston were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hedi Jemmali to make the kick off. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rugby's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Amine Dhafer was slow to take the kick. During this time Euston's players had a chance to rest. Sofiene Hermassi made a great header on Euston's corner, it was just that Rugby's Haykel al-Amin managed to reach the ball for a save. If Haythem Jaidi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th match minute, Euston was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amine Dhafer to maneuver through the defense. Rugby's Radhi Haggui got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haykel Tlatli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anis Belhouane, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 65th minute of the match, Khaled Saïdi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Haykel al-Amin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 66 minutes into the match, Rugby's goal looked a bit too open when Hedi Jemmali came free, but Haykel al-Amin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hedi Jemmali received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Haykel al-Amin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Rugby's zone, Hedi Jemmali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haykel al-Amin came out of the goal and Hedi Jemmali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Haythem Jaidi charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Haythem Jaidi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in Euston's zone, Anis Belhouane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Haykel Tlatli came out of the goal and Anis Belhouane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Khaled Saïdi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-3 in the 85th playminute. With a little luck, Rugby's Haykel al-Amin got control of the ball when Khaled Saïdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khaled Saïdi got free with Haykel al-Amin in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th minute Radhi Haggui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haykel Tlatli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Euston eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
