In the 8thth minute of the game Noureddine Benachour who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bulwell AFC's Radhi Naoui was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 10th minute, Mehdi Ben Nafti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 21 minutes, Mehdi Ben Nafti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulwell AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehdi Ben Nafti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Mohamed Mouelhi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chalfont's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohamed Mouelhi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radhi Naoui breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 26 minutes, Mehdi Ben Nafti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bulwell AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mehdi Ben Nafti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hamdi Salah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamdi Salah charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hamdi Salah the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 29 played minutes Bulwell AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hamdi Salah. Noureddine Benachour's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Radhi Naoui read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. When Ahmed Ghodhbane fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chalfont's protests and gave Ahmed Ghodhbane a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Chalfont got a freekick which was hit by Ahmed Ghodhbane. Radhi Naoui didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mohamed Mouelhi went, in the 47th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hedi Jomaa was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Chalfont's Noureddine Benachour sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Radhi Naoui narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hamda Melliti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hedi Jomaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mehdi Ben Nafti came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Bulwell AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mehdi Ben Nafti couldn't finish the play. Hamdi Salah got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Chalfont booed when Bulwell AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamdi Salah didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Noureddine Benachour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noureddine Benachour recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Bulwell AFC's Radhi Naoui got control of the ball when Noureddine Benachour tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Slim Ben Mustapha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noureddine Benachour could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Radhi Naoui made a huge save. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bulwell AFC's goalkeeper Radhi Naoui, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Noureddine Benachour blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Radhi Naoui having to make a save.
