Seating: 1746, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Maher Abdallah in the 3rd minute of play forced Meldreth's goalkeeper Mohamed Kerrit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maher Abdallah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Kerrit having to interfere. 8 minutes into the match, Maher Abdallah had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mohamed Kerrit. Meldreth's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maher Abdallah was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Maher Abdallah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mohamed Kerrit didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pierre Essediri went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Mohamed Kerrit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jalel Ouertani, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Dragon Sport United's goalkeeper Mohamed Azzaro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mohamed Kerrit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pierre Essediri in the 27th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Meldreth's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Essediri came free, but Mohamed Kerrit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pierre Essediri in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohamed Kerrit saved Meldreth from getting behind. Maher Abdallah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Mohamed Kerrit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mohamed Kerrit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pierre Essediri in the 38th minute of play. Chokri Ammar kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Meldreth's Ahmed Sayah got a free kick in the 49th minute. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ahmed Sayah to make the kick off. In the 56th minute, Maher Abdallah fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Ahmed Sayah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maher Abdallah took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mohamed Kerrit. Mohamed Kerrit dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 68th minute, Maher Abdallah ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mohamed Kerrit was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. In the 70th match minute, Dragon Sport United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maher Abdallah to maneuver through the defense. In the 73rd minute, Maher Abdallah reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mohamed Kerrit. The goal made the score 0-5. After a rather tough play, Dragon Sport United's Abdallah Naybet got a free kick in the 76th minute. Maher Abdallah in the 84thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mohamed Kerrit, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mehdi Boukadida hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Mohamed Azzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmed Sayah, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Pierre Essediri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Kerrit having to interfere. After 95 minutes, Abdelbaki Khalfaoui mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Meldreth and the Dragon Sport United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 98th match minute, Dragon Sport United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maher Abdallah to maneuver through the defense. Dragon Sport United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
