In the 17th minute Salah Belhaj Soliman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heithem Neifar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Salah Belhaj Soliman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Glossop's Salah Belhaj Soliman got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the last second Heithem Neifar throw himself and got hold of the ball when Salah Belhaj Soliman in the 23rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Salah Belhaj Soliman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Sandbach United's Tarek Jemmali got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpected shot in the 37th minute by Moustafa Tlatli got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Sandbach United's zone, Salah Belhaj Soliman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Heithem Neifar came out of the goal and Salah Belhaj Soliman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Moustafa Tlatli fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Glossop's protests and gave Moustafa Tlatli a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Glossop's Moustafa Tlatli got a free kick in the 40th minute. Moustafa Tlatli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohamed Salah Belkahia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lofti Kerrit hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Adel Haj Kacem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Salah Belkahia in the 64th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 65th minute of the game. One of Glossop:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Sandbach United:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moustafa Tlatli in the 70th minute of play forced Sandbach United's goalkeeper Heithem Neifar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riadh Aleya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Glossop's Adel Bouzaiene got a free kick in the 75th minute. Mohamed Salah Belkahia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adel Haj Kacem having to interfere. A hard shot 80 in the game by Sofiane Sellimi from a close distance when the talented Adel Haj Kacem managed to make a qualified save. Glossop's players were relieved. After 81 played minutes Glossop got a freekick which was hit by Adel Bouzaiene. Adel Haj Kacem was a little too slow when Mohamed Salah Belkahia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-1. If Moustafa Tlatli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sandbach United getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Jose Meriah hit a great ball. If Moustafa Tlatli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute.
