All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mohamed Azaïez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ben Hicheri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Haykel Khelil fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Ali Ben Yahia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 59 minutes, Mohamed Azaïez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Liversedge's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Azaïez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adel Gasmi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Liversedge getting a freekick after 77 minutes play.
