Spectators: 6739 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1739, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bechir Belgacem kicked off to start the match. In the 6th minute Tahar Ben Achab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lotfi Aleya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ossett United's Lotfi Aleya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bechir Belgacem in the 10th minute of play. Bechir Belgacem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lotfi Aleya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tahar Ben Achab in the 28th minute of the match. When Chaouki Eyadema came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Ossett United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chaouki Eyadema couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ossett United's zone, Noureddine Saidi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lotfi Aleya came out of the goal and Noureddine Saidi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Ossett United's goal looked a bit too open when Tahar Ben Achab came free, but Lotfi Aleya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Whitchurch City's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chaouki Eyadema fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The audience was convinced that Bechir Belgacem's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lotfi Aleya was relentless in the 46th minute of the game.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Hamdi Gharbi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ossett United's supporters rose to their feet, but Hamdi Gharbi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmed Karray breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Noureddine Saidi charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Noureddine Saidi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 53 played minutes Whitchurch City got a freekick which was hit by Noureddine Saidi. When Adel Melliti fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ossett United's protests and gave Adel Melliti a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Ossett United's Adel Melliti got a free kick in the 56th minute. Tahar Ben Achab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lotfi Aleya having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Chaouki Eyadema got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hamdi Gharbi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chaouki Eyadema fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmed Karray having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hatem Ben Mestiri during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 68th minute, Hatem Ben Mestiri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hamdi Gharbi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Chaouki Eyadema got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tahar Ben Achab succeeded in the game's 81st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. In the 84thth minute of the game Chaouki Eyadema who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Whitchurch City's Ahmed Karray was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tahar Ben Achab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lotfi Aleya having to interfere. Hamza Amor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Lotfi Aleya made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chaouki Eyadema in the 95th minute of play forced Whitchurch City's goalkeeper Ahmed Karray to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Ossett United's Chaouki Eyadema sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmed Karray narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Whitchurch City supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Whitchurch City would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
