After having played for 34 minutes, Habib Belkahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Elsdon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Habib Belkahia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Hédi Kasraoui came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Elsdon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hédi Kasraoui couldn't finish the play. Habib Melliti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrahman Ladgham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The tension between the Elsdon and the Bowburn players grew even worse after the yellow card. Habib Belkahia hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Many of Elsdon's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Elsdon may have spent more time on the ball, but Bowburn were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
