Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Highbury and Islington's Tarak Essebsi started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Rashid Sebki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Mohamed Chaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kais El Bez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Youssef Ben Nafti in the 7th minute of the match. Mohamed Chaar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rashid Sebki in the 10th minute. After 15th play minutes Youssef Ben Nafti shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Kais El Bez and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 18th minute, Tahar Ben Kalaï hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Aldbrough FC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Amine Hermassi hit a great ball. Rashid Sebki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rashid Sebki received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Mohamed Chaar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aldbrough FC's goalkeeper Mohamed Chaar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aldbrough FC's Youssef Ben Nafti got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 32nd minute, Rashid Sebki fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Rashid Sebki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lassaad al-Munsif Bey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Habib Ghigani during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Habib Ghigani hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Kais El Bez acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Khaled Attouga. Lassaad al-Munsif Bey sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aldbrough FC's Youssef Ben Nafti got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hédi Kasraoui's late challenge caught a Highbury and Islington's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hédi Kasraoui helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Highbury and Islington booed when Aldbrough FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hédi Kasraoui didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohamed Chaar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rashid Sebki's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Mohamed Chaar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarak Essebsi in the 64th minute of the match. Youssef Ben Nafti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Kais El Bez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice moves Youssef Ben Nafti could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Kais El Bez however easily saved by the left post. Hédi Kasraoui recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kais El Bez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lassaad al-Munsif Bey's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Rashid Sebki had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mohamed Chaar. Aldbrough FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rashid Sebki was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tarak Essebsi struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mohamed Chaar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Highbury and Islington. After having played for 91 minutes, Youssef Ben Nafti managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aldbrough FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Youssef Ben Nafti was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abdelkarim Gammoudi hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Rashid Sebki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Chaar having to interfere.
