Ash's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adel Ali Bourguiba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 26 minutes into the match, Ash's goal looked a bit too open when Adel Ali Bourguiba came free, but Tarek Marzouki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Adel Ali Bourguiba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Karim Abdelkader recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Adel Ali Bourguiba came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Truro fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adel Ali Bourguiba couldn't finish the play. Ali Miaâdi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tarek Marzouki having to interfere. Adel Ali Bourguiba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th minute, Karim Abdelkader fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Lassaad Lamouchi, passed just outside the right post. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee showed Karim Morjane the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes Truro got a freekick which was hit by Ben M'hadhebi. A collision led to Truro getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Ali Zouari hit a great ball. Lassaad Lamouchi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samir El Ouaer in the 80th minute of play. If Samir El Ouaer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Truro eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
