A collision led to Berwick Upon Tweed getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Abdelhamid El Bez hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Watford's Zine Bouzayène slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karim Morjane. That made the score 1-1 after 11 minutes of play. If Zine Bouzayène had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes Berwick Upon Tweed got a freekick which was hit by Fakhreddine Tlatli. Zine Bouzayène struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Karim Morjane didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Watford. Chems Kerrit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 36th match minute, Berwick Upon Tweed was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beji M'hadhebi to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Watford's Mohamed Chikhaoui slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karim Morjane. That made the score 2-2 after 37 minutes of play. Watford's Anouar Ghannouchi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chems Kerrit in the 40th minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Berwick Upon Tweed's Zied Aziza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anouar Ghannouchi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zied Aziza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Zied Aziza made the kick off in the second half. Chems Kerrit's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 53rdth minute, Anouar Ghannouchi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 54th minute, Zine Bouzayène got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, Watford's goalkeeper Anouar Ghannouchi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chems Kerrit. If Zine Bouzayène had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karim Morjane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mohamed Chikhaoui, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Watford's Mohamed Chikhaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohamed Salah Sassi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Berwick Upon Tweed's Karim Morjane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zine Bouzayène in the 75th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Berwick Upon Tweed's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Chikhaoui came free, but Karim Morjane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Watford's zone, Zied Aziza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anouar Ghannouchi came out of the goal and Zied Aziza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 90 minutes into the game, Watford's Ben Kerrit nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karim Morjane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. A collision led to Watford getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Ben Kerrit hit a great ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
