Spectators: 6726 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 0) Smallfield's Lassaad Achab started the match with a crisp pass. Smallfield's Haykel Chiki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Ouakili in the 24th minute of play. Jean Ouakili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mourad Karel made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lassaad Achab in the 57th minute of play forced Southampton's goalkeeper Mokhtar Jamaa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Smallfield's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Férid Ben Tlili in the 59th minute. If Lassaad Achab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Southampton's Mokhtar Jamaa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hamed Khelil in the 64th minute of play. When Lassaad Achab came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Smallfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lassaad Achab couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the game, Lassaad Achab cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mokhtar Jamaa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bechir Belgacem kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Lassaad Achab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Mokhtar Jamaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alaeddine Baya hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Mourad Karel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Smallfield getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Mohamed Salah Chimane hit a great ball. After 86 played minutes Mourad Karel rounded Smallfield's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Haykel Chiki made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Jean Ouakili sent off a good shot on target. Mokhtar Jamaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hamed Khelil, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Southampton had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
