If Tomás San Juan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Fahed Baccouche made the kick off in the second half. The Symba fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when Symba's Tacettin Umay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. After 64 minutes, Khaled Chérif mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Symba and the Great Leighs players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Khaled Chérif got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 13-0 when Tomás San Juan sped through Great Leighs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mustafa Nefzi. Mustafa Nefzi came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Symba's Tomás San Juan. But to his dismay, Tomás San Juan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 14-0. In the 91st minute, Khaled Chérif got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Great Leighs defense, Tomás San Juan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mustafa Nefzi. The Great Leighs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mustafa Nefzi should have stopped the shot.
