COT's supporters crossed their fingers, but Riadh El Naili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With 37 minutes on the clock, Sami Abdallah commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 36 minutes into the game, one of COT:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamed Bouzaiene in the 42nd minute of play forced COT's goalkeeper Jaouhar Ghannem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Riadh El Naili lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Mehdi Fitouri. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hamed Bouzaiene was the one to do the kick off. Hamed Bouzaiene struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Jaouhar Ghannem didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mill Hill. In the 75th minute Hamed Bouzaiene shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaouhar Ghannem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, COT's goalkeeper Jaouhar Ghannem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Salah Mrabet. Majed Mnari struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mehdi Fitouri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for COT. Mehdi Fitouri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riadh El Naili in the 82nd minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, COT's goalkeeper Jaouhar Ghannem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mohamed Salah Mrabet. Riadh El Naili's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mehdi Fitouri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Cleto Tipi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Mill Hill's zone, Cleto Tipi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehdi Fitouri came out of the goal and Cleto Tipi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Mill Hill's Yassine Jaidi got a free kick in the 90th minute. Mohamed Salah Mrabet hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Majed Mnari sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
