Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1787, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Lloyd Harper started the match with the kick off. Ronan Barbour hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Raymond Acton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian McFeat in the 5th minute of play. Brian McFeat recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lochboisdale's Raymond Acton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brian McFeat in the 14th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Brian McFeat in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raymond Acton saved Lochboisdale from getting behind. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lochboisdale fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 19th minute. Penalty! Shaun Wilson shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 23 minutes into the match, Macduff's Lloyd Harper sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Raymond Acton narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Raymond Acton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lloyd Harper in the 35th minute of the match. Grant Ingram hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Lloyd Harper sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A hard shot 47 in the game by Ronan Barbour from a close distance when the talented Donald Lammond managed to make a qualified save. Macduff's players were relieved. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elliot Wallace to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Elliot Wallace managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lochboisdale's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elliot Wallace was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ronan Barbour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ronan Barbour hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Lochboisdale's Raymond Acton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Lochboisdale from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian McFeat got free with Raymond Acton in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raymond Acton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lloyd Harper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Lloyd Harper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Donald Lammond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elliot Wallace in the 71st minute of the match. When Fraser McLeverty fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macduff's protests and gave Fraser McLeverty a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Macduff getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Fraser McLeverty hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronan Barbour in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Donald Lammond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Elliot Wallace's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donald Lammond was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. 81 minutes into the match, Macduff's goal looked a bit too open when Elliot Wallace came free, but Donald Lammond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Donald Lammond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Blain in the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Brian McFeat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raymond Acton. Lochboisdale's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brian McFeat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Macduff's zone, Elliot Wallace stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donald Lammond came out of the goal and Elliot Wallace tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lloyd Harper came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Macduff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lloyd Harper couldn't finish the play. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
