Edward Armitage received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Jake McWalter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 15th minute by Edward Armitage got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After having played for 16 minutes, Edward Armitage managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scotland Stars FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edward Armitage was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Josh McCune sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Plockton's Ray Barbour got a free kick in the 42nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Plockton's zone, Christopher Gardner stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jake McWalter came out of the goal and Christopher Gardner tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Scotland Stars FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Plockton were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Greg McKeggie was the one to do the kick off. Robin Mark came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Plockton's Keith McAslan. But to his dismay, Keith McAslan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Scotland Stars FC's Robin Mark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Scotland Stars FC from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Greg McKeggie's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robin Mark was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Iain McDonnell hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Greg McKeggie received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Robin Mark came out and tried to block the shot, but Greg McKeggie slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 67th minute. Robin Mark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Greg McKeggie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the match, Greg McKeggie notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Scotland Stars FC's Robin Mark. Robin Mark was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Armitage in the 75th minute of play forced Plockton's goalkeeper Jake McWalter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
