Spectators: 6785 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1785, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Scott Masterson kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Quit A Pesarys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Phil Skinner came free, but Jason McOurlic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Phil Skinner in the 9th minute of play forced Quit A Pesarys FC's goalkeeper Jason McOurlic to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gareth McQuartie showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ronald Kerracher in the 12th minute of the match. Scott Masterson took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gareth McQuartie. Gareth McQuartie dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Scott Masterson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gareth McQuartie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, Quit A Pesarys FC's Ronald Kerracher made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gareth McQuartie was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronald Kerracher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gareth McQuartie having to interfere. When Ray McAdie fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quit A Pesarys FC's protests and gave Ray McAdie a yellow card for diving instead. Ray McAdie hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 35th match minute, Quit A Pesarys FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liam Banks to maneuver through the defense. Jason McOurlic made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phil Skinner in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Humbie defense, Scott Masterson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gareth McQuartie. The Humbie fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gareth McQuartie should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Phil Skinner stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Quit A Pesarys FC's Ray McAdie got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Ray McAdie was shown his second yellow card after 53 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 54th minute, Ray McAdie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Phil Skinner in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jason McOurlic saved Quit A Pesarys FC from getting behind. 61 minutes into the match, Quit A Pesarys FC's goal looked a bit too open when Reece McHendrie came free, but Jason McOurlic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gregor Lowson took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 63rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jason McOurlic. Quit A Pesarys FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Phil Skinner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Phil Skinner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Quit A Pesarys FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Quentin Bowman hit a great ball. After having played for 87 minutes, Reece McHendrie managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Humbie's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reece McHendrie was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the match, Humbie's Phil Skinner sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jason McOurlic narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Quit A Pesarys FC's Ronald Kerracher got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jason McOurlic came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Humbie's Reece McHendrie. But to his dismay, Reece McHendrie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Quit A Pesarys FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
