Marcus McPherson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fergus Dochart, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck William Smith prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gavin Barns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gavin Barns came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Carrbridge fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavin Barns couldn't finish the play. Fergus Dochart struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Marcus McPherson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Carrbridge. Gavin Barns scored 1-1 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcus McPherson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dylan McMaurice received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Fergus Dochart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus McPherson having to interfere. Dylan McMaurice sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd match minute, Gordon-united FootClub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gordon McAchounich to maneuver through the defense. Dylan McMaurice kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Fergus Dochart who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Marcus McPherson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 83rd minute, Gavin Barns got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carrbridge's Gavin Barns got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Gavin Barns managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carrbridge's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavin Barns was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcus McPherson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fergus Dochart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Marcus McPherson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
