Spectators: 7745 (Terracing: 5810, Seating: 1781, VIP seats: 154) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Terry Loudoun took the kick off in the first half of the match. The audience was convinced that Terry Loudoun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gus Beadle was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Ryan Buchan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jake Barron having to interfere. Ken McLucas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gus Beadle came out and tried to block the shot, but Ken McLucas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 17th minute. Ryan Buchan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Ryan Buchan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 27 played minutes Last Train To London UK got a freekick which was hit by Derek Glennie. Gus Beadle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ken McLucas in the 33rd minute. Terry Loudoun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute, Luke McCraw hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Last Train To London UK's Jake Barron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Irvin Corrie in the 40th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aidan McKinven made a kick off. Last Train To London UK's Terry Loudoun got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Irvin Bowie hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ken McLucas in the 56th minute of play forced Luigi & Mario Bros FC's goalkeeper Gus Beadle to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 60 minutes, Irvin Corrie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Luigi & Mario Bros FC and the Last Train To London UK players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Luigi & Mario Bros FC! In the 63rd minute, Terry Loudoun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Terry Loudoun in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gus Beadle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 69th minute, Terry Loudoun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When William McCuag fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Luigi & Mario Bros FC's protests and gave William McCuag a yellow card for diving instead. William McCuag kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Stuart McInally got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ryan Buchan's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Jake Barron skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gus Beadle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Terry Loudoun, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Ryan Buchan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Stuart McInally shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After a rather tough play, Luigi & Mario Bros FC's Frankie McColman got a free kick in the 88th minute. The supporters of Last Train To London UK booed when Luigi & Mario Bros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Irvin Bowie didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute of the match Stuart McInally shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gus Beadle showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Last Train To London UK's Terry Loudoun got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 97th minute Terry Loudoun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gus Beadle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Last Train To London UK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Luigi & Mario Bros FC for a fine match.
