Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rory Malcolmson took the kick off in the first half of the match. Alexander Whannells short, quick shot in the 3rdth minute got Stewart Harold to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Neil McCammond blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gregor McOmie having to make a save. Gregor McOmie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oliver Dunn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. JAMAICA REDEMPTION's Oliver Dunn got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Alexander Whannell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Neil McCammond fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gregor McOmie having to interfere. When Alexander Whannell came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Alexandria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Whannell couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

A collision led to Alexandria getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Jim McKeith hit a great ball. When Dean Leckie fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JAMAICA REDEMPTION's protests and gave Dean Leckie a yellow card for diving instead. In the 53rd minute, Dean Leckie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rory Malcolmson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alexander Whannell in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stewart Harold saved JAMAICA REDEMPTION from getting behind. In the 57th minute, Rory Malcolmson made a precise shot to the right of Stewart Harold. JAMAICA REDEMPTION's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Alexander Whannell struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Stewart Harold didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alexandria. After a rather tough play, JAMAICA REDEMPTION's Tom Garvie got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Mike Menzies's late challenge caught a Alexandria's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mike Menzies helped the player get up and apologised. When JAMAICA REDEMPTION's Oliver Dunn in 69 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Gregor McOmie guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kenneth Davidson during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JAMAICA REDEMPTION! The supporters of Alexandria booed when JAMAICA REDEMPTION was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cameron McMillan didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alexander Whannell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 83rd minute Oliver Dunn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregor McOmie saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Rory Malcolmson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Stewart Harold. JAMAICA REDEMPTION's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rory Malcolmson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Stewart Harold showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rory Malcolmson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rory Malcolmson in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stewart Harold saved JAMAICA REDEMPTION from getting behind. Gregor McOmie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oliver Dunn in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rory Malcolmson in the 96th minute of play forced JAMAICA REDEMPTION's goalkeeper Stewart Harold to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Alexander Whannell came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the Alexandria fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexander Whannell couldn't finish the play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Alexandria fully deserved thier win.
