Spectators: 8023 (Terracing: 6019, Seating: 1845, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elliot Swan started the match with the kick off. Tyler Ferries sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 7 played minutes, Chelsea City's Graham Durrant shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josh Burk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Chelsea City reached it. In the 7th match minute, Castlebay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciaran Dixon to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes Chelsea City got a freekick which was hit by Shaun Grant. After 13 minutes, Tyler Ferries made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Chelsea City's Matthew Buchanan tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Matthew Buchanan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Phillip Gregory in the 17th minute of play. Phillip Gregory fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Buchanan having to interfere. When Tyler Ferries came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Castlebay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tyler Ferries couldn't finish the play. When Castlebay's Phillip Gregory in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chelsea City's goalie prevented a goal. Tyler Ferries fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matthew Buchanan having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Castlebay got a freekick which was hit by John Ogilvie. Elliot Swan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Josh Burk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Phillip Gregory sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute, Graham Durrant hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. John Ogilvie was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 67th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 69th minute, Elliot Swan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Josh Burk. The goal made the score 2-1. John Ogilvie kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Elliot Swan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chelsea City's supporters rose to their feet, but Elliot Swan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josh Burk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Phillip Gregory had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 88 in the game by Phillip Gregory from a close distance when the talented Josh Burk managed to make a qualified save. Castlebay's players were relieved. In the 89th minute, Adam McLamond hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Castlebay:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chelsea City:s goal. If Elliot Swan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by John Ogilvie during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. John Ogilvie kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Phillip Gregory came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Josh Burk could save by the left post. The supporters of Chelsea City booed when Castlebay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 99 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciaran Dixon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Castlebay were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Chelsea City for a fine match.
