Spectators: 6848 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Joshua McKessock took the kick off in the first half of the match. Stuart McLarty showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joshua McKessock in the 4th minute of the match. After 9 played minutes, Fc Wpierdol's Hugh McMurrich shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Donald Bontine came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fc Wpierdol reached it. Donald Bontine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chris Russell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mendax FC's goalkeeper Donald Bontine, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nicky McCaa charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicky McCaa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Mendax FC getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nicky McCaa hit a great ball. Chris Russell struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Donald Bontine didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Wpierdol. Stephen Tosh came free with the goalkeeper in the 24th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Donald Bontine could save by the left post. Donald Bontine made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Stephen Tosh sent off a good shot on target. Stephen Tosh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Donald Bontine made a huge save. If Brian Taggart had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39th play minutes Brian Taggart shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Stuart McLarty and just under the crossbar into goal. 46 minutes into the match, Fc Wpierdol's goal looked a bit too open when Brian Taggart came free, but Stuart McLarty reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Mendax FC's Donald Bontine got control of the ball when Stephen Tosh tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Chris Russell was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Mendax FC's zone, Chris Russell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donald Bontine came out of the goal and Chris Russell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Chris Russell came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Fc Wpierdol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chris Russell couldn't finish the play. Nick Niven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Brian Taggart got free with Stuart McLarty in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donald Bontine stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stephen Tosh's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. When Fc Wpierdol's Chris Russell, in the 69th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Fc Wpierdol. Donald Bontine came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Fc Wpierdol's Chris Russell. But to his dismay, Chris Russell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Munro Austin kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Hugh McMurrich sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donald Bontine skillfully saved the ball. Chris Russell took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Donald Bontine. Donald Bontine dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Stephen Tosh recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Fc Wpierdol booed when Mendax FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matt Jamieson didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fc Wpierdol's Chris Russell in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mendax FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Chris Russell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Fc Wpierdol fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mendax FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
